A new series of never-seen-before photos of Meghan Markle has sparked furious speculation about a potential new career move.
The Duchess of Sussex’s former Suits co-star, Patrick J. Adams, recently posted some behind-the-scenes photographs from the set of the TV show with the caption: “I miss my friends.”
Included in the group of pictures were a number of candid photographs of Meghan Markle, as she was then known, on the set.

Meghan played paralegal Rachel Zane on Suits for seven seasons, with Patrick J. Adams playing her on-screen lover Mike Ross.
One photograph shows the former actress reclining on a sofa, while another shows her lying on the floor with her legs propped up on a piece of furniture.
Also pictured is Suits co-star Sarah Rafferty, caught mid-glance as she looks up from her mobile phone.

Many wondered if Prince Harry’s now-wife might even make a return to acting.
“I’m hoping you’re dropping massive hints here,” one fan said.
“Don’t give us hopes. Is Suits coming back?” wondered another.
“It can’t be a random throwback right? Surely has to be a Suits reunion or something?” asked a third.
“We need a Suits movie! And Meghan better be in it too,” enthused another.

Meghan’s former acting agent, Gina Nelthorpe-Cowne, has said in the past that she believes Meghan will make an eventual return to acting.
Nelthorpe-Cowne likened Meghan’s situation to that of Grace Kelly, who continued acting after marrying Prince Rainier of Monaco.
“I’m sure that she’ll make a movie … I really do think that,” she told The Daily Mail.

Apart from Suits, Meghan’s acting CV included appearances in Horrible Bosses, Remember Me and 90210.
In August, Suits creator Aaron Korsh was asked by the Hollywood Reporter if he would ever consider a relaunch of the show.
He said yes – if the “cast were into it”.
He later clarified his comments on X (formerly Twitter), writing: “Let me say right off that there is no #Suits reboot or anything like that.”

Patrick J. Adams has since gone on to defend the Duchess from her attackers, describing her as “enthusiastic, kind, cooperative, giving, joyful and supportive” on the set of Suits.
In a series of tweets, he defended his former co-star from a series of accusations that she had “bullied” staff at Kensington Palace before leaving for the US.
“Find someone else to admonish, berate and torment,” he wrote at the time.

Adams has since deleted the pictures he shared of Meghan from behind the scenes of Suits, prompting comments from many of his fans.
“We loved the Suits posts,” one fan wrote.
“I miss the Suits posts, especially with Meghan Markle,” wrote another.
“Love the duo in the show.”

“Why did u take the pictures down of the cast?” asked one.
“(There) wasn’t anything wrong with going down memory lane.”
“There was no need to delete your amazing throwback on set photos of the cast of Suits,” grumbled another.
“Those posts were harmless and nostalgic and the fans loved them.”
