King Charles was last seen in public leaving church just a day before his cancer diagnosis was announced to the world.
The 75-year-old monarch arrived with Queen Camilla for the morning service at St Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham on Sunday February 4.
The royal couple were joined on a walk to their local church by the Reverend Canon Paul William.

The King waved to the photographers as he walked along using an umbrella as a walking aid. He was spotted smiling with his wife as he headed into church for the Sunday service.
Well-wishers in the crowd shouted messages of support and the king turned to wave.

The king was recently in hospital undergoing a corrective procedure for an enlarged prostate when he received the shocking news doctors had identified another health issue.
Buckingham Palace said subsequent diagnostic tests identified a form of cancer.
“His Majesty has today commenced a schedule of regular treatments, during which time he has been advised by doctors to postpone public-facing duties,” Buckingham Palace said in a statement on Monday local time.
“Throughout this period, His Majesty will continue to undertake State business and official paperwork as usual.”
It is not known what type of cancer Prince Charles has, but a royal source says it is not prostate.
Buckingham Palace said in the statement the King remained “wholly positive about his treatment” and he looked forward to returning to his public duties as soon as possible.
Last week, Camilla said her husband was “doing his best” as she opened a cancer support centre at the Royal Free Hospital in London.
Queen Camilla spent time with staff, volunteers and visitors, talking about the challenges cancer patients and their families faced.
King Charles left hospital just hours after Prince Catherine was also allowed to head home to Windsor.
Kensington Palace said she “is making good progress” after she underwent abdominal surgery at the clinic.
Sources say she plans to return to work after Easter.
